Ownership

Everything that makes up this game — its source code, its game design and genetics/economy systems, its artwork and sprites, its text and copy, and the database schema and server-side logic behind it — is the copyrighted, proprietary work of its creator. Playing the game in your browser does not transfer any ownership or license over it to you.

What you may do

Play. Screenshot or record your own spiders and your own sessions to share, same as any other game. Report bugs and suggest features through the in-game form.

What you may not do

You may not copy, redistribute, rehost, or create a derivative or competing product from any part of this game — its code, its content, its data, or its design — whether by saving the page, scraping it, decompiling or reverse-engineering the client, or any other means. Viewing the compiled client that your browser necessarily downloads to render the page does not constitute permission to reuse it. You may not use automated tools to scrape, mass-download, or place unusual load on the site or its backend.

Accounts and Gold

Gold is a virtual, in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be cashed out, exchanged for real money, or transferred outside the game, and is not sold directly. Accounts are for one person's own use; sharing or transferring an account is at your own risk.

VIP membership

VIP membership is not currently sold, on any platform. Memberships that already exist continue exactly as they are: a fixed amount of Gold once per day (added automatically each morning, Pacific time, whether or not you play that day), plus cosmetic extras — a badge, a name colour, and priority review of your custom designs. Membership changes nothing about gameplay itself — no odds, slots, growth, breeding outcomes, or exclusive genetics — and everything a member can do, a free player can also do.

The game has never seen or stored your card or bank details, and does not now. Gold already granted stays on your account and is never removed, but it is not refundable. Suspension of an account for violating these terms ends any membership without refund.

No warranty

This is an independently developed hobby project, provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Genetics, economy figures, and outcomes are fictional game design, not real biology or financial advice.

Enforcement

A violation of the above may result in account suspension, and a copied or rehosted deployment of this game is subject to a takedown request against wherever it is hosted.
